Commercial Pre-Acquisition & Due Diligence Surveys
We have experience working to assist clients with their property acquisitions and portfolio management. We help to give an accurate picture of the condition of the property, along with any limitations and liabilities, prior to taking a lease or making a purchase.
We also work alongside Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Engineers, Solicitors, Funders and Architects, to ensure that all elements of the purchase are considered in detail.
Residential Building Surveys
A full Building Survey is a comprehensive inspection of the property, to detail its condition and any defects or issues that may have a bearing on your upcoming purchase.
We recommend building surveys of properties in poor condition, that have had alteration or refurbishment works undertaken, or are more than 50 years old.
Once a quotation has been accepted, we will contact the Estate Agent or owner and arrange the inspection on your behalf. We aim to survey within three days of instruction and issue the report 3-5 days later. We will call immediately after the survey to give an initial impression and discuss any serious findings.
Our Building Survey uses straightforward language and annotated photographs to explain any matters of concern. The report will ensure that you make an informed decision and will give you the peace of mind that you are making a sound investment for the future.
Defect Diagnosis Surveys
We are also able to look at individual building elements, in relation to their performance and longevity. Understanding defects and their resolution is a core skill of all of our surveyors.
