George Charalambous

George Charalambous is a chartered building surveyor with 13 years’ experience in both the private and public sector. He has provided contract administration and project management services on projects up to a value of £11million. Other activities undertaken include party wall, dilapidations, and Building Condition Surveys, many to listed buildings.

George has vast experience overseeing and carrying out works for residential clients across London. Frequent activities include the production of procurement and tendering of contracts, cost management, production of snagging schedules as well as settings of defects liability.

George also assists clients on a strategic level to understand their ongoing maintenance, growth, and redevelopment strategies. This advice consists of estate-wide surveys and planning along with prioritising works in line with overall budgets and funding streams available. George is currently assisting a multi-academy trust undertaking due diligence surveys and planning of new sites the trust is currently acquiring.
