Joe McGowan

Joe McGowan is a Chartered Building Surveyor with experience in both the public and private sector, working on a wide range of projects of varied values. Joe has also worked on projects as both Project Manager and Employers Agent with certain projects exceeding £10million.

Joe has worked extensively within the residential sector for local authorities, Housing Associations, and Private Developers. For example, delivering a range of residential conversions for West Sussex County Council and the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames, a client with whom he maintains a strong relationship to this day.

Joe has a meticulous eye for detail and has expertise in delivering complex, design lead projects, including new build blocks and mixed use schemes in troublesome and confined sites across London, disabled adaptations and hidden homes projects in Kingston.

Joe has worked on many different Building Surveying projects ranging from maintenance works, new build sheltered and affordable homes schemes, private residential development, Schools, and educational establishments to extensions and refurbishments of Fire Stations, offices, and residential properties.
